Who we are

Trackhook is based in the UAE. For privacy questions, email hello@trackhook.com.

Information you send us

If you write on WhatsApp, email, a contact form, or a booking link, we receive what you choose to send: typically your name, phone number, email, company, message, and any website URL you submit. If you pay for work, we store the email and invoice name needed to process payment and send invoices.

Public website reviews

When we review a website, including a URL you send or a site we find for outreach, we collect only information that is already public on the open web. We do not request logins for a free report. That may include page titles, headings, public forms, SSL status, load time, and a screenshot of what any visitor would see. We do not access private accounts, internal systems, or non-public customer records.

Project access

If you commission work, you may give us access to your accounts or systems. Any access you provide is used only for the agreed work, kept private, and limited to the people on that project. We remove that access when the work is delivered, unless you remain on an active ongoing care plan.

Technical and analytics data

Our hosting and analytics tools may collect IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed, and referral source. We use Google Tag Manager (and similar tags, if enabled) to measure traffic and campaigns. You can control cookies in your browser. Some measurement may stop if cookies are blocked.

Payments

You may pay by card or by bank transfer. Card payments are processed by Ziina (licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE). Bank transfer details appear on the invoice. We do not store card numbers. Card data never touches our servers.

How we use information

We use this information to deliver the work you requested, process payment and invoices, communicate about the project, operate and improve Trackhook, and measure how visitors use the site. We do not use it for other purposes. We do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share data with

We share data only as needed to run the service:

• Ziina, for card payments.
• Google (Tag Manager / Analytics), for site measurement.
• Meta / WhatsApp Business, for messages you send us on WhatsApp.
• Hosting, email, and storage providers, to run the site and reports.
• Third-party providers you asked us to connect, only as needed to deliver that work.
• Innero Labs, our related studio, for internal tooling only. Not for sale or rental of data.

Retention

Checkout and invoice data is kept as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require. Inquiry and report records are kept as long as needed to deliver the work and maintain the relationship, then deleted or anonymized. WhatsApp history sits on Meta's systems and, on our side, only as long as reasonably needed to support you. Access credentials are removed after delivery unless ongoing care is active.

Security

Any access you provide is limited to the project team and removed when the work ends (except active ongoing care). Card data is handled by Ziina. Bank transfers are made to the account on the invoice.

Where we process information

We are based in the UAE. Some processors (for example Google and Meta) may process data outside the UAE. We rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. Email hello@trackhook.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. You can also stop marketing messages by asking us directly.

Businesses, not children

Our services are directed at businesses, not individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
