Terms of Use

Last updated: 15 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern trackhook.com, free website reports, and any paid work with Trackhook. By using this website, opening a report, requesting an audit, accepting a quote, or paying, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Trackhook is based in the UAE. Contact: hello@trackhook.com or WhatsApp +971503509959.

This website

This website provides general information about our services. Content is for information only. Browsing the site, opening a report, or sending a WhatsApp or email does not create a client relationship, partnership, or commitment to deliver work.

Authority

You confirm you own the website you submit, or have authority from the owner to request a review and commission work on it. We are not liable for unauthorized submissions and may refuse or stop work if ownership is unclear.

Free reports

A Trackhook report is a diagnosis of publicly available pages we can reach without a login. It is free and non-binding. It is not a security penetration test, not legal or compliance advice, and not a guarantee that the site is safe, ranked, or converting. Findings can be incomplete. Traffic figures, when shown, are estimates of recent activity, not live visitor counts. The free report is provided as is.

Quotes and prices

Any quote, timeline, description of work, or fee discussed in email, WhatsApp, a call, a calendar booking, or an offer page is an estimate. It is not binding until you accept a written invoice issued by us and pay the amount due. The accepted invoice is the description of work. Anything outside it is a new quote. Prices are in AED unless we say otherwise. We may revise an estimate if the site, access, or work changes.

Paid work

Paid work may include getting a site live, fixes, rebuilds, integrations, AI or agents, tracking, hosting, and ongoing care, as listed on the accepted invoice. We are not limited to one category of work. Extra pages, extra integrations, or a wider rebuild is a new quote. Delivery timelines start when we have the access and materials we asked for. Typical times (for example 24 to 48 hours for a small patch) are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on access and an unchanged description of work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate access and materials in good time, accurate content, timely approvals, and a current backup before we begin. You keep and pay for your own third-party accounts and licenses. Delays on your side are not our delay. After delivery, you remain responsible for your content, domain, ads, and any accounts in your name, including where we host the site.

Paid work standard

Paid work is the delivery of a functional website or system as described on the accepted invoice. It is provided as is. We do not warrant business results, rankings, traffic, leads, uptime, or that the work will remain unchanged after a third party or a later edit. Hosting, if we provide it, is also as is. You remain responsible for your content, backups, legal use of the site, and any third-party accounts.

Third-party services

Hosting companies, domain registrars, messaging platforms, analytics tools, payment providers, and similar services are independent of us. We are not responsible for their outages, policies, fees, or data practices.

Payment

You may pay by card or by bank transfer, as stated on the invoice. Card payments are processed by Ziina (licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE). Bank transfers are paid to the account on the invoice. We do not store card numbers. Payment confirms the order for the stated description of work. Ongoing care, if you buy it, bills on the cycle agreed at sign-up until cancelled as set out below.

Ongoing care

Ongoing care is a separate recurring arrangement. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing date. Fees already paid for the current cycle are not refundable. No further charges apply once cancellation takes effect. Cancelling care stops the recurring service. It does not create a refund for the current cycle.

Refunds

Fees are for delivery as is. We do not refund because you disagree with a diagnosis, choose not to use the work, or expected traffic, leads, or rankings we did not guarantee. If we have not started the paid work, we may refund that invoice at our discretion. Once we have delivered a functional system matching the invoice description, the fee is not refundable. We may, at our discretion, correct an obvious fault in the delivered work. That courtesy is not a warranty and does not extend our liability.

Our materials

You keep your brand, content, and domain. We keep Trackhook methods, report format, branding, and tools we reuse across clients. If we host for you, that is a service. It does not transfer risk to us, and it does not make us responsible for your content, backups, or how the site is used. You may use your report for your business. You may not copy our report format or tooling to resell audits.

Confidentiality

Any access or business data we receive to perform paid work is used only to deliver that work. We do not share it beyond the people working on your project and the processors named in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use and refusal

Use this site and report links lawfully. Do not disrupt the site, scrape it abusively, introduce malware, or use reports to mislead others. We may decline or stop work for legitimate business or security reasons, including suspected fraud or abusive conduct. If we stop before we have started the paid work, we may refund that invoice at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

All Trackhook services, including free reports, paid work, hosting, and ongoing care, are provided as is and as available. We deliver a functional website or system as described on the invoice. We do not warrant that it is error-free, complete, fit for a particular purpose, secure against every threat, or that it will keep working after your host, plugins, third-party tools, or content change. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Trackhook is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the site, a report, paid work, hosting, or advice, including lost deals, profits, traffic, ad spend, data, downtime, or third-party charges. This applies even if the issue relates to the written description of work. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific invoice. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that UAE law does not allow us to exclude.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes relating to this website or our services are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless a signed client agreement says otherwise.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
